Short Description:

I.Use:

Salt spray tester machine is mainly used for surface treatment of various materials, including paint. Electroplating. Inorganic and coated, anodized. After anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatment, the corrosion resistance of its products is tested.

 

II.Features:

1. Imported digital display controller full digital circuit design, accurate temperature control, long service life, complete testing functions;

4.6 Air supply system: Adjust the air pressure to 1Kg/cm2 in two stages. The first section is slightly adjusted 2Kg/cm2, using imported air filter, with drainage function. The second stage is precisely adjusted 1Kg/cm2, 1/4 pressure gauge, precision and accurate display.

4.7 Spray method:

a. Bernaut principle absorb brine and then atomize, atomization degree is uniform, no blocking crystallization phenomenon, can ensure continuous testing.

b. The nozzle is made of tempered glass, which can adjust the spray amount and spray Angle.

c. The spray volume is adjustable from 1 to 2ml/h (ml/80cm2/h standard requires 16 hours of testing for the average amount). The measuring cylinder adopts built-in installation, beautiful appearance, easy operation and observation, and reduces the installation space of the instrument.

4.8 Heating system: The direct heating method is adopted, the heating speed is fast, and the standby time is reduced. When the temperature reaches, the constant temperature state is automatically changed, the temperature is accurate, and the power consumption is low. Pure titanium heat pipe, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long service life.

4.9 Control System:

The laboratory heating tank adopts liquid expansion safety temperature controller 0~120(Italy EGO). The manual water adding system is used to manually supplement the pressure barrel and the water level of the laboratory to prevent the damage of the instrument from ultra-high temperature without water.

4.10 Fog removal system: Remove the salt spray in the test chamber during shutdown to prevent corrosion gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the laboratory.

4.11 Safety protection Device:

a. When the water level is low, the power supply is automatically cut off, and the safety warning light device is dynamically displayed.

b. Over temperature, automatically cut off the heater power supply, safety warning light device dynamic display.
