It is used to test, evaluate and grade the dynamic transfer performance of fabric in liquid water. It is based on the identification of water resistance, water repellency and water absorption characteristic of the fabric structure, including the geometry and internal structure of the fabric and the core attraction characteristics of the fabric fibers and yarns.
