I.Summary
The basic working principle of the rapid plasticity meter is: When two parallel plates with a temperature of 100℃, in which the upper pressure plate is fixed on the moving beam and the lower pressure plate is a movable parallel plate, the sample is compressed to 1mm first and kept for 15s, so that the temperature of the sample reaches the specified temperature, the force value of 100N is applied, and the change value of the distance between the two parallel plates is measured for 15s with an accuracy of 0.01mm. This value represents the compressibility of the specimen, i.e. the fast plasticity value Po.
Rapid plasticity meter can be used to measure the natural plastic retention rate (PRI), the basic method is: the same sample is divided into two groups, one group directly measured the initial plastic value Po, the other group is placed in a special aging box, at 140±0.2℃ temperature, after aging for 30 minutes, measured its plastic value P30, the two sets of data with a test calculation:

The PRI value indicates the antioxidant properties of natural rubber, and the higher the value, the better the antioxidant properties.
This instrument can determine the fast plasticity value of raw rubber and unvulcanized rubber, and can also determine the plastic retention rate (PRI) of natural raw rubber.
Sample aging: The aging box has 16 groups of aging sample trays, which can age 16×3 samples at the same time, and the aging temperature is 140±0.2℃. The instrument meets the technical requirements of ISO2007 and ISO2930.
II.Instrument description

1.Principle and structure:
The host is composed of four parts: load, sample deformation display meter, test time control and operation mechanism.
The fixed load required for the test is generated by the lever weight. During the test, after 15s of preheating, the electromagnetic coil installed in the plasticity meter is energized, and the lever weight is loaded, so that the indenter exerts a load on the sheet sample installed between the upper and lower pressure plates, and the plasticity of the sample is displayed by the dial indicator installed on the lifting beam.
In order to avoid heat loss and ensure constant temperature, the upper and lower pressure plates are provided with adiabatic pads. In order to meet the test requirements of soft and hard rubber materials, in addition to installing a large press plate with a diameter of 1cm, the soft and hard rubber can be replaced to ensure that the dial indicator is between 0.2 and 0.9mm, and improve the test accuracy.

(2) PRI Aging Oven
I.Summary
PRI aging oven is a special aging oven for measuring the plastic retention rate of natural rubber. It has the characteristics of high constant temperature accuracy, accurate timing, large sample capacity and easy operation. The technical indicators meet the requirements of ISO-2930. The aging box is composed of rectangular aluminum frame constant greenhouse, temperature control, timing and other parts. The thermostat has four constant greenhouses, which are equipped with electric furnace wire and air exchange pipe, and adopts double-layer insulation material. Air mercury pressurizes fresh air into each constant chamber for ventilation. Each constant greenhouse is equipped with an aluminum sample rack and four sample trays. When the sample rack is pulled out, the timing inside the instrument is stopped, and the sample rack is pushed back to be closed at the entrance of the constant greenhouse.
The panel of the aging oven is provided with a digital temperature display.
