1. Cut the tested sample into three pieces, each 2g, the more broken the better;
2. Put one of them into a 500mL triangular beaker and add 100mL distilled water to fully soak;
3. Oscillation for one hour;
4. Take 50mL of the extract and measure it with the instrument;
5. Calculate the average value of the last two measurements as the final result.
