Features:
1. The entire box shell is made of 1.2mm cold plate by electrostatic spraying of CNC machine tools, and the color is beige; the inner wall material of the laboratory is SUS304 high-grade anti-corrosion stainless steel plate, with reasonable structure design, sophisticated manufacturing process, and beautiful interior and exterior. According to the temperature requirements of the laboratory, the thickness of the insulation layer is designed as: 100mm.
2. The insulation material between the inner box and the outer box is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which has a good effect on cold or hot insulation.
3. Imported sealing materials and unique silicone sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, and the sealing performance is good.
4. Test box door structure: single door. Door locks, hinges and other hardware accessories are imported from Japan “TAKEN”.
5. The box door is equipped with a conductive film insulating glass observation window, and the size of the observation window is 200×300mm. The viewing glass has an electric heater to prevent condensation and defrost.
6. Heater: stainless steel 316LI fin-type special electric heating tube; equipped with four universal runners to facilitate the movement of the box.
