Short Description:
1. Working principle:
Vacuum stirring defoaming machine is widely used in many manufacturers, scientific research institutions, university laboratories, can mix the raw materials and can remove the micron level of bubbles in the material. At present, most of the products on the market use the principle of planetary, and according to the needs of the experimental environment and material characteristics, with vacuum or non-vacuum conditions.
2.What is the planetary defoaming machine?
As the name suggests, the planetary defoaming machine is to stir and defoam the material by rotating around the central point, and the biggest advantage of this way is that it does not need to contact the material.
To achieve the stirring and defoaming function of the planetary defroster, there are three important factors:
(1) Revolution: the use of centrifugal force to remove the material from the center, so as to achieve the effect of removing bubbles.
(2) Rotation: The rotation of the container will make the material flow, so as to stir.
