    III.  Testing principles and production descriptions

    The hot sealing tester uses the hot pressing sealing method to measure the hot sealing temperature, hot sealing pressure and heat sealing time of plastic film and composite flexible packaging materials to obtain accurate heat sealing performance indicators. Set the temperature, pressure and time required by

     

    The touch screen, the embedded microprocessor drives the corresponding opinions, and controls the pneumatic part, so that the upper heat sealing head moves down, so that the packaging material is hot sealing under a certain heat sealing temperature, heat sealing pressure and heat sealing time. By changing the parameters of hot sealing temperature, hot sealing pressure and hot sealing time, the appropriate hot sealing process parameters can be found.

    Put the jelly cup into the

    opening of the lower head,
