The method of measuring the water absorption resistance of fabrics by turning absorption method is suitable for all fabrics that have undergone waterproof finish or water repellent finish. The principle of the instrument is that the sample is turned over in the water for a certain time after weighing, and then weighed again after removing the excess moisture. The percentage of mass increase is used to represent the absorbability or wettability of the fabric.
