Special remarks:

1. The power supply has 5 cables, 3 of which are red and connected to live wire, one is black and connected to neutral wire, and one is yellow and connected to ground wire. Please note that the machine must be securely grounded to avoid electrostatic induction.

2. When the baked object is placed inside the oven, do not block the air duct on both sides (there are many holes 25MM on both sides of the oven). The best distance is more than 80MM,) to prevent the temperature is not uniform.

3. Temperature measurement time, the general temperature reaches the set temperature 10 minutes after the measurement (when no load) to maintain the stability of the temperature. When an object is baked, the general temperature will be measured 18 minutes after reaching the set temperature (when there is a load).

4. During the operation, unless absolutely necessary, please do not open the door, otherwise it may lead to the following defects

The consequences of:

The inside of the door remains hot… causing burns.

Hot air can trigger a fire alarm and cause misoperation.

5. If the heating test material is placed in the box, the test material power control please use the external power supply, do not directly use the local power supply.

6. No fuse switch (circuit breaker), temperature overtemperature protector, to provide the safety protection of the machine test products and operators, so please check regularly.

7. It is absolutely prohibited to test explosive, combustible and highly corrosive substances.
