III. Working principle:

1. The constant temperature and humidity control system controls SSR by PID, so that the heating and humidification amount of the system is equal to the heat and humidity loss amount.

2. From the dry and wet ball temperature measurement signal through A/D conversion input controller CPU and RAN output to the I/0 board, I/0 board issued instructions to make the air supply system and freezing system work, while PID control SSR or heating SSR work, or humidification SSR work, so that the heat and humidity through the air supply system uniform test box to achieve constant temperature control.

IV. Machine requirements equipment:

This part is the responsibility of the Buyer and should be ready before use with the equipment!

Power Supply: 220 V

Note: To ensure the performance of the equipment voltage frequency variation range: voltage ±5%; Frequency ±1%!

Humidification water: must use pure or distilled water (the first reserve must be more than 20L) or conductivity of 10us/cm or less water quality

Note: Ensure the purity of this water source as clean as possible, do not use groundwater!

V. Machine installation site and installation method:

1. The installation position should consider the heat dissipation efficiency of the machine and easy to check and maintain.

2. The bottom of the machine is the freezing system, the heat is relatively large, so during installation, the fuselage should be at least 60 cm away from the wall and other machines to facilitate smooth ventilation.

3. Do not love direct sunlight and maintain indoor air circulation.

4. Please place the machine body in a separate space, and do not place it in a public place or near flammable, explosive and perishable chemicals to avoid fire and personal injury in the event of failure.

5. Please avoid setting in a dirty and dusty place. The consequences may lead to: the cooling speed of the machine is slow or can not meet the requirements of low temperature and temperature and humidity control can not be very stable, the surrounding temperature and humidity should be maintained at 10℃ ~ 30℃; Machines between 70±10%RH can obtain the best and most stable transport.

6. No debris shall be placed on the top of the fuselage to avoid human injury and property damage caused by heavy objects falling down.

7. Do not hold the electric box, wire, motor as the driving force fulcrum when handling, to prevent the electrical box, electrical damage, loose or cause unexpected failure.

8. The maximum inclination of the furnace body should be below 30°, and the furnace body must be firmly fixed to prevent the furnace body from falling, crushing or damaging the human body and damaging property.

VI. Machine power supply configuration and installation method:

Power distribution according to the following method, pay attention to power capacity do not use multiple machines at the same time power supply, so as to avoid voltage drop, affect the performance of the machine, and even cause failure shutdown, please use a dedicated loop.

3. If it is a three-phase power supply, please pay attention to the under-phase protection (if it is determined that the three-phase power supply has power and the machine has no action, the machine may be reverse phase only need to exchange the two adjacent power lines)

4. If you connect the ground wire to the water pipe, the water pipe must be a metal pipe through the ground (not all metal pipes are energy efficient ground).

5. Be careful of damaging cables during installation.

6. Before configuring the power supply, please check whether the machine is damaged during operation, whether the power cord is damaged, whether the body is deformed, whether the air supply cycle is intact and whether the inner box is kept clean.

7. The power cable configuration of the machine: black is the neutral line, yellow and green are the ground line, and other colors are the live line.

8. The power supply voltage fluctuation of the input machine shall not exceed the allowable range, and the ground wire must be good, otherwise it will affect the performance of the machine.

9. Please be sure to configure an appropriate safety device according to the power of the machine to prevent the power supply from being cut off safely when the machine fails, so as to avoid fire and injury accidents.

10. Be sure to position the machine in a safe space before wiring, and ensure that the wiring is consistent with the rated current and voltage of the machine, otherwise there will be electric shock and accidents.

11. Line operators should be professional to avoid wrong wiring, and input wrong power supply and damage the machine, burn components,

14. Wiring completed in order to ensure that the machine control electrical input is consistent with the power supply at the same time, all the electrical box cover must be installed before the power, otherwise there is the risk of electric shock and fire.

16. Non-full-time personnel can not maintain and inspect the machine, and must carry out withdrawal inspection in the case of breakpoint, so as to avoid electric shock and fire.

17 It is not allowed to remove the side panel of the electrical box door body and some safety protection devices for work, this method of the machine is in a dangerous working state, very dangerous.

18. The main power switch on the control panel should be operated as little as possible, and only the temperature switch and the user power switch should be turned off when the machine is shut down.
