Installation site requirements:
1. The distance between the adjacent wall or other machine body is greater than 60cm;
2. In order to stably play the performance of the testing machine, should choose the temperature of 15℃ ~ 30℃, relative humidity is not greater than 85% of the place;
3. The installation site of the ambient temperature should not change sharply;
4. Should be installed on the level of the ground (installation should be confirmed by the level on the ground);
5.Should be installed in a place without direct sunlight;
6.Should be installed in a well-ventilated place;
7.Should be installed away from combustible materials, explosives and high temperature heating sources, so as to avoid disaster;
8. Should be installed in a place with less dust;
9. As far as possible installed near the power supply place, the testing machine is only suitable for single-phase 220V AC power supply;
10. The testing machine shell must be reliably grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock
11. The power supply line should be connected with more than the same capacity with leakage protection of the air switch and contactor, in order to immediately cut off the power supply in an emergency

13.If you need to move the machine, be sure to cut off the power, cool for 5 minutes before operation
Preparatory work
1. Confirm the power supply and grounding wire, whether the power cord is properly connected according to the specifications and is really grounded;
2. The machine is installed on a level ground
3. Adjust the clamping sample, place the sample in a balanced adjusted guardrail device, fix the clamping test sample, and the clamping force should be appropriate to avoid clamping the tested sample.
