YYP-LH-B Moving Die Rheometer conforms to GB/T 16584 “Requirements for determination of vulcanization characteristics of rubber without rotorless vulcanization instrument”, ISO 6502 requirements and the T30, T60, T90 data required by Italian standards. It is used to determine the characteristics of unvulcanized rubber and find out the best vulcanization time of rubber compound. Adopt military quality temperature control module, wide temperature control range, high control accuracy, stability and reproducibility. No rotor vulcanization analysis system using Windows 10 operating system platform, graphical software interface, flexible data processing, modular VB programming method, test data can be exported after the test. Fully embodies the characteristics of high automation. Glass door rising cylinder drive, low noise. It can be used for mechanical properties analysis and production quality inspection of various materials in scientific research departments, colleges and universities and industrial and mining enterprises.
