DRK105 Smoothness tester is an intelligent instrument for measuring the smoothness of paper and cardboard, which is designed and developed according to the internationally accepted Bekk smoothing principle.
1. Oil-free vacuum pump: German imported vacuum pump, no need to refuel the vacuum pump can work, using this instrument oil-free and pollution-free.
2. Pre-pressing time selection: The instrument has the function of "60 seconds automatic pre-pressing control". Users can choose whether to use this function or not according to their needs.
3. Quick measurement: Small volume cavity can be chosen to measure, and the measuring time is only one tenth of that of large volume cavity, which saves the measuring time greatly and realizes fast measurement.
4. Excellent sealing property: Using foreign vacuum sealant and advanced sealing technology, the sealing property of the instrument meets the requirements of national standards.
5. The modular integrated printer is easy to install and has low malfunction. Thermal printer and needle printer are optional.
6. Chinese-English free switching, using large LCD module, Chinese display operation steps, display measurement and statistical results, friendly user machine interface makes the operation of the instrument simple and convenient, reflecting the humanized design idea.
The instrument can be used for all kinds of high smoothness paper testing. This instrument is capable to measure high-smooth paper and cardboard. It should not be used to test materials with thickness over 0.5 or more and paper or cardboard with high permeability, because air passing through the sample can cause untrue results.
