Summary:

The YYP116-3 Canadian Standard Freeness Tester is used to determine the leaching rate of water suspensions of various pulps, and is expressed by the concept of freeness (CSF). The filtration rate reflects the condition of the fiber after beating or grinding. The instrument provides a test value suitable for control of grinding pulp production; It can also be widely used in various chemical pulp in the process of beating and refining water filtration changes; It reflects the surface condition and swelling of the fiber.

 

Working principle:

The Canadian standard freeness refers to the water removal performance of a slurry water suspension with a content of (0.3±0.0005) % and a temperature of 20°C measured by a Canadian freeness meter under specified conditions, and the CFS value is expressed by the volume of water flowing out of the side pipe of the instrument (mL). The instrument is made of stainless steel. The freeness meter comprises a water filter chamber and a measuring funnel with a proportional flow, mounted on a fixed bracket. The water filter chamber is made of stainless steel, the bottom of the cylinder is a porous stainless steel screen plate and an airtight sealed bottom cover, connected with a loose leaf on one side of the round, tight on the other side, the top cover is sealed, open the bottom cover, pulp out.
