c. One or multiform lamp designing. You can freely set the operation time of UV lamps, display and clear the total operating time of the UV lamps; forced-air cooling is adopted to ensure normal operation of the device.
d. Our UV system can work round the clock and can changing new lamp without turnoff the machine.
(2) UV Curing Theory
Add light-sensitive agent to the special-compound resin. After absorbing the high intensified UV light provided by UV curing equipment, it will produce active and free ionomers, thus occur the process of polymerization, grafting reaction. Those cause the resin (UV dope, ink, adhesive etc) curing from the liquid to solid.
(3) UV Curing Lamp
UV light sources used in industries are mainly lamps of gas, such as mercury lamp. According to the inner lamp air pressure, it can be mainly classified into four categories: low, medium, high and super-high pressure lamps. Usually, the UV curing lamps adopted by the industry is the high-pressure mercury lamps. (The inside pressure is about 0.1-0.5/Mpa when it works.)
